The firm's principal, Lynn Upchurch, a respected development professional with three decades of experience with nonprofit organizations, works with an organization to put systems in place that strengthen governing boards, build development competence and improve development and strategic planning and reporting.
Lynn Upchurch & Associates assesses an organization with the same critical eye as a potential donor, and helps it create a concise and appealing mission statement, supported by a clear vision and the goals that are critical to organizational and fundraising success.

Lynn Upchurch & Associates guides nonprofit leaders in the development of systems that will enable an organization to be financially stable and mission driven.
